• How long does it take for the schedule revision? >>> Approved charter permit is valid for + 72H. (and  -24H)
• Possible to amend on weekend? >>> Yes, but we need to submit the revision as least 24H before of operation.
• Any different for ferry and live leg? >>> For ferry leg from overseas, no need to  apply for permit, just need to secure / revise airport slot.  For ferry leg within Japan, need to apply for domestic permit 3 days before of operation. (In case of RJTT-RJAA (RJAA-RJTT), 24H before of operation is available.)

This is the charter permit application for VPCSY / Tripp 220146 / Diplomatic Charter.

We have applied for the permit on 02MAY with below details, and received the permit number in the evening on 02MAY.

This permit is valid for + 72H (予備期間：＋72時間).

After the charter permit is approved,

RJTT ETD will be changed to 10MAY/0200Z >>> No need to amend / re-apply for the permit. (within 予備期間 72時間)

RJTT ETD will be changed to 15MAY/0300Z >>> Need to amend / re-apply for the permit. (not within 予備期間 72時間)

Also, in case of using aircraft or airport change, we need to amend / re-apply for the permit.
