To Global 7500 Team & OCC,

Aircrafts have been accepted to operate in / out of KTEB. I have spoken with Airport Manager, and until TEB Operations have been able to evaluate and accept the Global 7500 weight reduction SB 700-11-7505, please comply with the following simple procedure.

“Currently, we will require submission of the 100,000 Pound Aircraft Certification Form for every arrival and departure at TEB for both N1111G and N555MZ. The form can be completed by a flight crew member, dispatcher, or anyone having authority over the specific aircraft. We have developed an online portal, making submission of the form, and subsequent approval process, much faster and more user friendly.  The portal can be found here:
https://veoci.com/veoci/p/form/nzpkn4fqmgfc#tab=entryForm

The data fields mimic the existing paper / PDF forms. Simply fill out the data fields, and upon submitted you will receive either an approval or denial email to the email address you provide, as well as a copy of the completed 100K Certification form for your records. The portal can be used for an arrival and departure pair, or a single arrival / departure depending upon your needs. If your arrival or departure date changes, simply submit another form and you will receive a new approval. All data entered in to the system will be kept securely in accordance with the most stringent IT security best practices.”

According to Airport Manager, you will receive an acceptance response within 1-2 minutes, as long as your max listed operating weight is less than 100,000 lbs.
