For all Cayman aircraft, post-flight data must be stored in a format accessible to Cayman regulators. As such, the DropBox cloud-based format was developed to ensure compliance.
OCC will be responsible to ensure this data is properly maintained by following:
- Under PJC Operations/Trip Data/[[aircraft]], OCC will create a folder with the appropriate trip number prior to the commencement of a trip.
- For each sector of the trip, OCC will ensure the following information is stored:
- Annotated Flight Plan
- Approved Flight Release
- Journey Log (to include a quality check to ensure all items have been properly recorded. This includes engine oil)
- Weight and Balance
- Other Information as may be requested/required
- OCC Managers will conduct an audit weekly to ensure no information is missing.
