For all Cayman aircraft, post-flight data must be stored in a format accessible to Cayman regulators.   As such, the DropBox cloud-based format was developed to ensure compliance.

OCC will be responsible to ensure this data is properly maintained by following:

  1. Under PJC Operations/Trip Data/[[aircraft]], OCC will create a folder with the appropriate trip number prior to the commencement of a trip.
  2. For each sector of the trip, OCC will ensure the following information is stored:
    1. Annotated Flight Plan
    2. Approved Flight Release
    3. Journey Log (to include a quality check to ensure all items have been properly recorded.  This includes engine oil)
    4. Weight and Balance
    5. Other Information as may be requested/required
  3. OCC Managers will conduct an audit weekly to ensure no information is missing.
