OCC et al,
due to some recent FAA updates, as it relates to FAR 91 flights and operational control, effective immediately;
1. OCC shall no longer request 91 Flight Releases to be reviewed/approved by Flight Ops.
2. OCC shall send 91 Flight Releases to Flight Ops, only with the statement; “for your reference “.
3. 91 trip PIC must accept the assignment, via signature or email. (Same procedure as now).
Release procedures for all 135 flights remain the same.
