OCC, and Flight Crews.
Effective immediately, the Rockstar call sign may only be used on 135 flights. This is due to updated FAA policies, as it relates to operational control. All 91 flights must be operated/filed using the appropriate tail number.

WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT:
Use of the ROCKSTAR callsign will not be permitted for ALL Part 91 flights. Instead, use tail number.
For Part 135 flights, the Captain will have the choice to use the callsign or tail number. Please contact the lead captain for their choice.
