1. When the trip is confirmed, please send Hibiki and Yoshi a drafted itinerary report with live legs only (name it as "Tripnumber Itinerary Report") 
2. Send OPS and MX a drafted flight release (name it as "Tripnumber Draft") 
3. Send Toshi a drafted flight release for crewing / preferred handler (name it as "Tripnumber Draft") 
4. After receiving crewing and update the FOS, please send out the crew brief. If there is any FOS alert, advise Records
5. Send the flight release to the following distro list: OPS, MX, Yoshi, Hibiki, Yohei, operating crew [if CA is private wings (Rena/Satoko), use PW email, if JT (yasuy, rtyosuke,etc), use JT email] (name it as "Tripnumber v1") 
6. Send the updated itinerary report, live legs only, with assigned crewing and handler to Hibiki and Yoshi (name it as "Tripnumber Itinerary Report") 
7. Whenever there is major update (like slots are secured / permits are granted), please change the version of the flight release, then send to the distro list
10. For Paul, Daniel, Scott and Dominic, ask handler to print out GD only. For Tosi and Kelly, please ask handler to print out the whole flight package. But better double check with crew on their preference.
11.  DEP / ARR movement report recipient list: Yoshi, Hibiki, Yohei, the crew assigned
13. Confirm PP usage with crew and must get a reply from them
14. Crews might want to know the PAX drop off stand and overnight parking stand details inflight, so please ask the handlers.

15, Chiaki no longer handles CA assigning,

For every 916 trips in the future, automatically assign RNAK.  The assignment of the second CA on 916 trips, please consult RNAK directly or ask Hibiki or Kiyo.

16, 916 RJTT/RJAA crew trans no need to arrange unless requested by crew.



Owner’s PA wants to see the route maps before each flight. Hibiki managed to log onto ARINC so he can have a look at the maps by himself. Please let him know once the flight plans for each leg have been finalized.
