//Schedule Preference//
Owner schedule generally stick to the following routine unless there is no slot or special case
DEP RJTT ETD 2130L to PHKO via PHNL (Usually Tuesday evening)
ARR RJTT ETA 1600L (Usually a Sunday or Public Holiday in Japan)
Reposition legs from & to RJAA would happen one day prior & after the owner schedule.

-ESTA info has been input and recorded in FOS, please select "Visa" and add the ESTA info for each PAX when inputting PAX list
-Before you send the Itinerary Report to Hide, please generate a Crew / PAX List and let Arika to have a review as redundancy
-Make sure you encode Passport & ESTA info on the PAX Trip Comment in FOS

-Always use EVO to issue fuel releases
-Crew would refuel upon arrival right after Leg 1 resposition and before Leg 2 departure in RJTT
-For returning leg, crew would refuel before PHKO departure and upon arrival in RJTT
-Double check and make sure the fuel releases are valid

In RJTT:
VIP parking gate in terminal

Some times the crew would need pocket WiFi before departure
In PHNL:
Landing Rights Application

In Japan, just inform UVJ to remind them arranging crew transport as it is usually prearranged by Vincent with pick up time
In PHKO, Book 2 car rentals under Vince and John’s name

-Cockpit crew and engineer usually would stay in Hilton Narita Airport Hotel before Leg 1 reposition
-Arika and the rest of the crew usually would stay in Tokyo Marriott Shinagawa after Leg 1 reposition
-All the crew usually would stay in Marriott Waikoloa in Kona

//Flight Plan Preferences//
-Shear value of 3 or below is the standard, unless you could explain to Vincent on the situation
-They DO NOT mind a longer flight time but the shear value only as the owner and PAXs would sleep the entire flight
-Manually input the step climbing performance is mandatory as ARINC's data is not accurate. Always consult Vincent on sample plan
-Please file the FP's ETD 15 mins earlier than STD unless JCAB rejecting our FP. In that case, please inform Vincent
-Always plan with PHNL arrival fuel roughly about 15000USG to 18000USG, subject to weather between PHNL and PHKO

-Please clearly mark the updated items every time when sending out an updated Trip Sheet to client/crew
-Please have the handler print out ALL the trip documents(including GDs, eAPIS, Trip Sheet...etc) for the crew before the trip
-Once again, always file FP 15 mins earlier than STD unless we were rejected
-Use the previous trip emails as reference when there is doubt

-MX Trip, usually happen in June at WSSL, with no PAX
-VMMC Trip, owner would be on board. Short stay and it is on business purpose mainly
