Time required: The application must be submitted at least 3 working days before the anticipated arrival/departure date of the flight in Hong Kong. However, non-frequent or new operators should submit their applications at least 2 weeks prior to the date of operation to allow sufficient time for processing their applications.

(a) Safety Assessment Form
(b) Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC)
(c) Operations Specifications pertained to the AOC indicating the type(s) of aircraft, type(s) of operations authorised, and authorised area(s) of operation or routes.
(d) Aerodrome Operating Minima (AOM) for Hong Kong International Airport
(e) Insurance Declaration Form
(f) Insurance Certificate
